After over 24 years serving as a President/CEO focused on community building and philanthropy, I stepped back from my career in 2021 because I was suffering from doubt and distraction. Feeling the weight of neglected priorities and questioning my capabilities, I struggled with discouragement, dissatisfaction, and even dysfunction. With time, I found myself grounded even more in my Christian faith and embraced God's wisdom over self-limiting perspectives. This was truly transformational! Now I help other women avoid this cycle of "D words" – despair, doubt, discouragement, and dysfunction – to become the leaders they're destined to be. Equipping courageous clients to dispel doubts, maintain focus, and make positive change through accountability groups, speaking engagements and personal coaching is one of my greatest joys.
